Basic Rider Course 1 (Manitowoc Location) – Orientation on September 25, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM | Riding Sessions on September 27 & 28, 2025 – Afternoon Session: Saturday & Sunday, 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM
The Thursday classroom session will be held at Harbor Town Harley-Davidson, 2433 Hecker Road, Manitowoc, WI 54220.
The riding portion on Saturday and Sunday will be conducted in the employee parking lot at Parker-Hannifin Corporation, 1440 N 24th St, Manitowoc, WI 54220.
- For Thursday’s classroom session, please bring your valid driver’s license along with your Motorcycle Safety Foundation (MSF) online e-Course completion certificate.
- During the classroom session, you’ll be asked to fill out an emergency contact form and sign the indemnification waiver. Make sure to complete the indemnification waiver, including your signature and date in both required sections.
- For the Saturday and Sunday riding sessions, you must arrive properly equipped with: (a) a helmet, (b) eye protection, (c) long sleeves—such as a t-shirt, sweatshirt, or jacket—with no rips, tears, or holes, (d) full-fingered gloves, (e) long pants—also free from rips, tears, or holes, and (f) over-the-ankle footwear.
To access your FREE MSF online e-Course (valued at $39.99), you’ll need to complete the MSF registration form. The link to the form will appear on your ‘Thank You for Payment’ page.”
The MSF will email you the FREE online e-Course after your payment is confirmed—but only once you’ve completed the MSF registration form.
Note:
If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must sign the waiver on your behalf 1) completed and signed at Harbor Town Harley-Davidson with an employee present before class begins, 2) with the instructor during Thursday’s classroom session or on Saturday before your first riding session; if not, 3) you can have it notarized at any location that offers public notary services.
