Scooter Safety Courses Run from April to October.

KD’s Scooter Training

KD’s scooter training is offered every weekend in conjunction with our motorcycle classes.

How to Sign Up:

• Simply enroll in one of our Basic RiderCourses (BRC1 or BRC2).

Requirements for Participants Under 18:

• The liability waiver must be notarized or signed by a parent/guardian and witnessed by a staff member prior to the start of class. [View Liability Waiver (PDF)]
• If a participant under 18 wishes to obtain an instruction permit (temporary license) from the DMV before completing the course, a proof of enrollment letter is required. This letter is available upon request and serves as proof of enrollment for the DMV.

Important Notes:

• An instruction permit (temporary license) is NOT  required to take the Basic RiderCourse 1.
• However, an instruction permit (temporary license) is REQUIRED to take the Basic RiderCourse 2.

Completion Benefits:

• Upon successfully completing either course, participants will be registered with WISDOT to obtain their Class M endorsement.
