Basic RiderCourse 1 (BRC1)
Class Offerings:
BRC1 – Course Details
Classroom Portion:
- Replaced with the MSF Basic online e-Course for convenience.
Range/Riding Exercises:
- Conducted on
Saturday & Sunday

Valley Cabinet Inc., 845 Prosper St., De Pere, WI 54115
Requirements:
- A temporary motorcycle license is NOT required prior to taking the BRC1 course.
- Participants under 18 years of age must have the MSF RiderCourse Waiver notarized or signed by a parent/guardian and witnessed by a staff member prior to the start of class.
Required Riding Gear:
- Long sleeves (shirt, sweatshirt, and/or jacket)
- Long pants (no sweatpants or leggings)
- Sturdy, over-the-ankle footwear
- Full-fingered gloves
- Helmet
- Eye protection

Classroom Portion:
- Replaced with the MSF Street Strategies online e-Course.
Range/Riding Exercises:
- Conducted on either
Saturday or Sunday at:
Valley Cabinet Inc., 845 Prosper St., De Pere, WI 54115
Course Requirements:
- Proof of motorcycle registration at the DMV
- Proof of motorcycle insurance
- Motorcycle temporary license (temps) is REQUIRED — a "Proof of Enrollment Letter" may be issued to obtain your temps, even if it is your third attempt
- Motorcycle must pass a pre-ride inspection
