Effective Date: April 15, 2024
By registering for a course or using our website, you agree to the following terms.
1. Course Registration & Eligibility
- Must be at least 16 years old to enroll.
- If under 18, a parent or guardian must complete the required waivers.
- All participants must complete the eCourse and wear proper riding gear.
2. Payment and Cancellations
- Full payment is due upon registration.
- Refunds are provided based on cancellation notice:
- 100% refund: 14+ days before class
- 50% refund: 7–13 days before
- No refund: Less than 7 days’ notice
3. SMS Consent
By providing your phone number during course registration, you agree to receive SMS/text messages from KD Motorcycle Training related to:
- Class reminders
- Weather cancellations
- Reschedule notifications
- Promotions or special events
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text. For help, reply HELP or email info@kdmotorcycletraining.com.
4. Code of Conduct & Dismissal
Unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior may result in dismissal from class without refund.
5. Intellectual Property
All website content is owned by KD Motorcycle Training and protected by intellectual property laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
Participation in motorcycle training carries inherent risks. KD Motorcycle Training is not liable for injuries, accidents, or property damage resulting from participation in its courses.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin.
